4 simple steps.
1) Block out every distraction. Your number one client is the one sitting directly across from you. NOTHING is more important than that patient right across from you.
2) Whatever it is they say or do, it's the most interesting thing you've ever heard.
3) It's about them talking about them, not you, talking about you
4) Be engaged, be genuine and most importantly, LISTEN. People are dying to be heard AND they will often times give you clues as to what will drive them to buy. It's not 30-40 seconds of filler. It's the foundation upon which the close is built
